Great store! I was looking for something very specific and I was elated to find it here. A very well stocked and laid out store and I have to say their beauty and naturals section is wonderful. So many great deals on conscious brands I would have bought anyways. They also offer a fantastic collection of Korean skincare. It was easy to get to as well and plenty of parking.
With all the negative reviews I am empathetic. Have to agree on all their points on the poor quality of customer service. I too recently have had an issue with a staff member at same location. I felt complaining to the store manager would have been a useless/dismissive exercise. Especially since some of the staff are related. I decided to take a different approach by contacting Corporate Office. What a joke. There is no option to advise that your message has been sent. In any case I've left two messages. No one has returned my calls. Last and final contact yesterday Dec. 8th I spoke with Martin? assistant MGR at the Leaside location. My apologies if I didn't get or spell your name correctly but, you know who you are. Explained the issue I had with a staff member and also the issue with their Head Office automated phone system. He advised me that he would be contacting H.O. to address my concerns and assured me if they did not get back to me, he would personally call me back. He "seemed" genuinely understanding. I actually felt a ray of hope. But now a full day has passed and I fully expected a callback by this time. No callback. H.P. replies to customer complaints are repetitive clichés eg. We are sorry about your bad experience or, we do our best etc. These are meaningless phrases that do not take in any consideration of complaints seriously. Having been a loyal Customer for over 25 years it is sad to see Customer Service has gone seriously down hill. Step up to the plate H.P. Revisit your policies. Beginning with Customer Service would be a good start. It's all about customer service. Tic-toc H.P.

I am so grateful and appreciative for her help, her compassion, patience and information. Thank so much from family and friends,. It means a lot. Please never leave this store.?
