The store has more than 200 herbs and the staff there was super knowledgeable. Shirley valentine was very kind enough and had patience to answer and suggest herbs for questions related to medical problems.
The best place to get your herbs and if they don’t carry it they find it for you. I have been dealing with them for over 20 years with my herbal business. Vanessa and the others that work there are very pleasant and informative. There is no doubt that you are getting good quality herbs?
What can I say ... I love this place, a little pricier but they are very knowledgeable, so it is worth every penny you spend ... they have helped me with things nobody else could ... thank you Vanesa

Was looking for a specific product. Went to Healthy Planet, and they didn't have it. I remembered this place when I was a letter carrier so decided to give them a call. The phone just rang so I thought I would risk it and go down. When I get there the female owner was on the phone talking to a customer. I looked to see if they had the product, I didn't see it, so I waited by the counter for her to get off the phone. After waiting a few minutes, and not get my presence acknowledged or "just give me a moment", I walked out. It was only then her attention faltered, but I was done, because my time was just as important as the person on the phone. I used to live downtown so am used to the health shops down there. I prefer the independent health shops, and although Healthy Planet is Canadian, I prefer even smaller ones. I was impressed by the reviews to this place, which is why I've given it such a low rating. I will not be back.
Wonderful place. Very helpful staff always willing to get you what you need. I always get my stuff ordered as it's not commonly stocked. I receive a call when my Meds arrive. Just ask the Staff and you will get what you are looking for!
I have been ill A LOT in my life and Herb House has helped me through many difficult situations. Vanessa and Allan are both very well versed on the products they sell. Over many years I have never been able to stump them. They have both been VERY accommodating to me over and over and over again. They have even helped my dog! If you’re looking for a professional, caring, helpful health store that stocks virtually everything - or can get it for you - at reasonable prices, look no further. It’s the best.
