I want to share my recent and very disappointing experience with Annam Jewellery Store, so others can be aware and stay cautious. I took my genuine gold jewellery to their store for a repair. They assessed it and quoted a value of around $3,500. However, when I returned to pick it up, I was shocked when the owner claimed the jewellery was fake and only gold-plated. I strongly believe that my original jewellery was switched during the process. I trusted them, but now I feel completely betrayed. Please be very careful when leaving your valuable items for repair or service. Always document and photograph your jewellery beforehand and get everything in writing. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but to warn others and hopefully prevent someone else from going through what I did.

I called them to ask Silver Coin price, The lady was very nice she listens to me. My question was price of 10gm silver coin? she gave me price. I Simply asked that Canada silver price is CA$1.01. I am first time buyer, if I enquired to know anything I don't Think its wrong. Then A Guy took over the phone and said this is our price, U want then tell, otherwise no extra talking on the phone and he hang up the call. Isn't too rude?
