VHV jewellers recently upgraded my thali and also made few customized jewelry pieces for me in the past. Hema and Vijayan are very friendly and they put alot of effort to make sure each piece of the jewelry is exactly how I wanted it. They worked hard and went above and beyond to make sure my vision comes to life and they even designed it exactly how I drew on a piece of paper. They fully customized my thali with name, design, length and stones. Every detail piece of the jewelry was crafted neat and perfectly. I absolutely love their work and customer service. Thank you for upgrading my unique thali which I will cherish forever! I highly recommend VHV Jewellers for any custom design for your jewelry.
I have been following their works more than 5 years. Every time something unique they have been worked on. Finally I got my son chain custom charm with a lot of detail. Vijay really amazed with his work. Mali and Vijay done fantastic new shop which is access to more people. They done my request fast and reasonable price. They also old where you can turn into new piece. I m looking to do more items for my daughters.
We placed orders twice with these people and NOT a single time they delivered the order within the time frame they promised nor they delivered it when we really needed the product. With the 2nd order the chains & pendants weren’t good so we returned them on 2nd March 2024 where they said it’ll take MAX 3-4 weeks to be ready, when the 4 weeks were over calls & messages were ignored but whenever we could get hold of Hema she kept giving excuses & FALSE delivery dates each and every time (while she knew the order wasn’t ready at all). We had to go through this on & on & on till September 2024 as it had no end because still our order wasn’t ready. Even though we told her many times, the way they deal & do business with us causes a lot of stress but she didn’t seem to take that any serious but only we had to understand whatever the tale she had to tell for the delay. We were totally done with their rude & unprofessional behaviour so we decided not to wait any longer to be fooled by her & to cancel the order (we cancelled this order because of them, their fault and the way they treated us, they pushed us to this limit, and took away the pleasure of it, above all, she kept disappointing my kids with her lies. no one would ever wait this long to cancel the order). We even asked her to cancel the order at the end of April but she said her husband will give the product in one week which didn’t happen but they both together created this situation and letting us wait for so many months intentionally with all their lies and excuses & now charging us extra money as well. When we cancelled the order Hema said an amount will be deducted for designing but within 24 hrs the husband asked if we can wait an other month, when we said we can’t wait any longer, he texted saying, double the amount would be deducted from what his wife said (designing + wastage) (we paid the wastage for the chains that we didn’t have but which he’s going to sell in his shop he said), they never told/discussed about these, when we questioned him about these deductions he said “we remade the chains but you don’t have time to wait”. We don’t understand how can he ever justify this nor have peace with it. Shamefully we had to pay for their designing which was faulty and were not good at all (see the pic). No apologies were ever made for all the delay and stress they caused. Our experience was/is EXACTLY the same as “Neil Anderson’s” & “Kyle Richard’s”, we had 3 times the experience with these people none of the times we received the order in time but instead they caused a lot of stress and we were treated so badly. They misused OUR time for their purpose and however early we place the order it never matters because others were prioritised and our order was always placed on the back burner. They have a saying “we don’t give you anything you don’t like” but our experience with them is “whatever they give we HAVE TO like”. Very bad & unprofessional customer service. They wasted our time and money, we really regretted going back to these people. WE STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
