I had an issue with cleaning some gold due to some pieces being hollow and tarnished from cleaning solution being absorbed. I brought the pieces in had them cleaned in store and also learned how to maintain them properly from the expert. Great learning experience and professional service.
Brought gold to make earrings which was received at later date than promised.Earrings were very light.disppointed.expressed to clerk who did nothing...Felt I loss my gold and paid so much for a job that was not done as promised.

This was one that I had to learn from … I walked into this jewelry store with hopes to be happy when I left … I was given a false dream …I handed in my ring on June 28th for alterations on the band of the ring to be made a bit wider aka thicker band….only to be told a whole bunch of excuses as why I had to wait till late July to do a service that I could have done any where else in a much sufficient timely matter …. After waiting over a month I was changed 3 times what I thought the price would be .. I gave in extra pieces of gold and left feeling robbed …. The hours of operation are not up to date for this location , they are not open on Sunday…. no indication on if anyone will answer you calls when calling in … I want to raise awareness for price gouging like this especially in the jewelry business. Disgusting
I called Jay's Jewellery twice on March 13, 2021 to ask about their repair service. The gentleman that first answered the phone was very polite and gave me details about their service. I then called a second time to find out the location of their same day repair location. The lady who answered the phone hanged up on me, as I was asking her to please spell out the name of the location. Well, I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
