I came in to buy an engagement ring. they told me the set price is $850 but if I pay cash they'll give me $100 discord and I don't need to pay tax. that's what they said but they sold me fake diamonds and the ring is not worth more than $110. when I tried selling it back to them they refuse to buy it cuz they knew that they cheated me. never go there their thieves
I came into the store and lady was extremely rude and no customer service. I didn’t think it was a racial issue at first ( I am black) till a white person walked in and the customer service was totally different. She was very polite to the man. My wife also noticed the difference. She took my ring and agreed to resize for $35. Next day they call me back saying they cannot resize it due to the gemstone as it might be damaged by heat. I had to drive back to pick it up. Atleast tell customers of the go if you can do it or not!!! Also please talk to customers politely instead of screaming at them because they cannot understand your English! Also be more courteous when someone comes in and says Hi how are you and do not answer with what do you need.
David is a good guy. I went there with a bunch of different watches and he took care of all of them in a jiffy. I'll be going back for all my watch needs. Plus its really close to my home
Not impressed at all! I changed my battery once, died less than 10 months. I decided to give them another try yesterday. Brand new watch, battery change. It had the sticker on it which I asked them many many times not to take off because it’s a gift. When I returned to pick up the watch. Not only the sticker was removed and then taped back together, they deliberately lied and said it was like that from the beginning. Can you believe it? I’m the one who mentioned several times not to remove it. Anyhow, I asked what brand of battery it was that they used, they didn’t even say, just said “Japanese battery”! So it clicked, they used cheap battery on my other watch... and now this one as well. $9 for that. I didn’t make a big fuss about it, but definitely not going back. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Lots of watch shops.

He has a lot of knowledge about watch movement, custom work and skilled in quality craftsmanship. David himself is a watch enthusiast and can always a good conversation about the hobby and work. His service is prompt and turnaround times are excellent.
