It’s waste of time coming here. As I see in reviews the guy in the store doesn’t give much information on call and asks us to come to store saying we will for sure get a loan and when we go to store he simply says sorry. Please don’t go to this scam place. They judge people without even starting the process.
Worst experience with the half bald head guy. Please it’s a scam don’t come here. He will keep you waiting and they are not even a company. It’s like their family business. The bald guy doesn’t accept the mistake too. He’s such a waste sitting at desk. Please don’t waste time.
I was very disappointed at my service here. The man then asked for my id and asked me where was l born? He asked me what do l do at work?. He took my id made a copy and asked me to write down my work Supervisor references and personal references. . he took my picture...the other guy asked me to log into my Bank and took a photo copy of my banking information and gave the copy to the other man. The man received my bank documents and was looking and reading all my banking details, only to be told that l was not approved for a loan. I guessed with them taking and seeing my personal information l would get a loan. Only to be told that l was not approved for a loan.I asked him the reason he said no reason. I asked to speak to his Manager he said if l want to complain gave the business card of money financial. I asked his Managers name .Unbelievable! I will not be coming to this location again. Wow!
Do not go there with a check less then 50 dollars even if you have multiple and they are from reputable organizations (iupat union and rbc) as apparently these guys are able to deny your right and there responsibility as a loan/check supplementing provider, I asked to see the policy that stated this lame excuse but he wouldnt show me so that confirmed as I believe he was just making up this excuse solely cause he didn't want to cash the checks most likely just assuming it was fraud no doubt but people need to research instead of assume and maybe shouldn't be in the financial business if you can't pick up on the differences between fraudulent or real checks, thanks for helping keep me in the red and limiting my ability to have sustenance and financial ability in a economy that's damaged enough now we're adding to it
These two guys pick and choose who they give money to. I sat there and watched them do the absolute most for a brown/Indian looking couple, repeatedly telling them “I’ll see what I can do for you” and I kept hearing it until they were able to provide substantial help. Then I go up and I give all this information (some unnecessary) and they give me $100 after I proved I make more than $900 weekly. If you are not Indian or Sri Lankan or some kind of Asian, do not come here. You will be wasting your time and they will always do the bare minimum for you whilst doing the most for their own.
The customer service at this place is disgusting ...the older guy is soooo rude and ignorant its unbelievable I gave him everything he asked for to get a payday loan and he said I didn't qualify and I asked what the reason was but never gave me an answer just wasted my time telling me I didn't qualify...
This place is very unprofessional. They pick and chose who they want to give loans to. They refused to give me a loan because I work for a security company, they wouldn’t give me a reason as to why. Both men in there were rude and the older man raised his voice at me. DO NOT waste your time going to this place. I truly believe they look at the way you look first before giving you a loan. Where you work was never a requirement they posted and even when I called they never mentioned it. I drove all the way there to be refused and yelled at for asking questions.
