I'd give no stars but you cant.... Very disappointed how can you have the stipulation that one must make $1,200 every pay period? if I was making that much money I probably wouldn't need a payday loan so I guess people that make minimum wage just aren't qualified to have a payday loan
Applied online. The only reason they denied me because the Instant Banking Verification doesn’t work with my bank (Tangerine) anymore. I provided statements, ID, documents etc. but they didn’t care. How do you not take Bank statements? Terrible customer service.

Worst place ever, I booked appointment with them but they made me wait 1 hour after that the lady there was so rude and she couldn't even do a simple tax form, she spelled my name and address wrong in documents and when I told her, she was giving me attitude, Save your time and money, never go to this place
