Very rude staff and threaten to reject my safety inspection just because before we reached 40min before closing (I called and asked for time and reached at given time). consider this if you want to waste your time and money, there are different options in area who give same or better service for inspection with same/cheaper rate and better services.
Don’t ask David any discounts, he’ll punch you for sure… I’ve been here so many times but this time I talked to wrong person as he yelled at me for asking discount… Catherine was genuine and calm , maybe she’s on a holiday i guess but this guy ruined my day
I booked appointment for 1 pm and called her to confirm that I stuck in the traffic reaching at 1.15 pm. Appointment was confirmed. After reaching mechanic says you will have to wait and come after 2 hours. Totally unprofessional. I believe owner changed. They have increased their rate for inspection from 55$ to 100$
A nice place managed by a lady with great skills. David is a young man with excellent skills. It's a small unit with a big heart. They also do vehicle inspections at a very reasonable price. Check it out. No Frills service. Reasonable and Professional.
