I called them to inquire about bringing the car in. They said yes for everything. But when took it in, they won’t look at the car citing 3rd party warranty. They could’ve told me before I took the car in the snow storm. And they directed me to a wrong repair shop.

Bro Abdur Rahman is approachable. Reasonable prices. He does not ask you to do anything extra unless it is really required in my experience. It gets busy most times.

Bad service, bad mechanics. Took my car 3 times because of tire going flat. they repair it apparently by pumping air and charge me and when I get home it goes flat again! Did an oil change and Rahman said $100. I told him its expensive and then he replied his guy topped up my washer fluid for $10. Maybe he doesn't know but I can buy a gallon on washer fluid for $4. And adding a few drops does not justify $100 for an oil change for a small car. Also service is rushed. no care to do diagnostic or take take a glance to check some basic things.
I know Rahman from when he was a mobile mechanic. He has experience and will give you the cheapest fix. If you are looking for fantasy place, clean shop, or someone to spend time with you, don't go there and waste his time and keep the rest of us waiting! If you want an honest mechanic with the best prices, he is your guy! He is busy and you have be patient but he is worth every minute.
