The employee was really nice person my phone had a software issue the regular price was $25 and I was short $5 he said it is ok who does that in this and age.

I’ve gone to see Masaud about a few defective laptops on behalf of either my brother or myself and each time I’m amazed how quickly he’s able to troubleshoot it and call me back to suggest it’s better not to spend anything more on it. Recently it was an old Lenova ThinkPad in which he confirmed the motherboard was fried. He offered to recycle it for me and when I asked how much I owed him, he said no charge. His honesty and customer care are rare to find. Highly recommended!

I have replaced my main speaker from this store and my Samsung flip 5 main speaker was not sounding good as it was fell in oil tray the guy is very reasonable as compared to other reputed folks i would say he has given me the 3 times less quote then the market for the same job and now my phone is working completely well no issues at all completely satisfied with his service.
Edit based on the stores response below I was charged $205.00 for a new screen. I picked up the phone after it was done and noticed the back of the phone fell off. After this was fixed, I noticed that the lcd screen didn't fit the phone housing well. Then noticed serious lag issues with the phone that made it unusable. This cheap screen then broke a few days later with very little effort. The store would not offer any refunds and instead wanted another $130 for the repair. Through text, the owner was rude and dismissive of the complaints and offered zero solutions unless he was making more money. I complaint was submitted to the BBB
