The people that worked there are very friendly, welcoming and professional. I went to the Rio money transfer and it was easy I wish I could give them more stars.
I bought a protector on April 20 and they gave me a deal for 15 and 15 Case and glass, the glass was installed incorrectly and they told me that it will have a warranty. I went today and it was a problem with the staff that they could make the warranty valid, no. I will return to that unprofessional establishment
Went there looking for a mobile case and the young man who was there was on his phone while we enter and he didn't bother to hang up or at least put a hold to his phone to give us the service we wanted, and we left immediately. Lol! He was on loud speaker, looks less interested to communicate with us and mostly he was using his fingers and sign to answer for questions we ask. There are millions of mobile phone stores in Scarborough and way to compete and have clients is customer service, and hope the owner will do better. I got a feeling he is a relative or may be the owner's son given how reluctant he looked during our visit. Last year i visited the place and i remember receiving an OK service.
I strongly recommend to take Phone House repair service. Following a disappointing response from the service company of my phone, I checked around and found Phone House at 2300 Lawrence Ave East. 'K' greeted me and asked the problem. The problem were, no call was possible to anyone, data could not be activated, and notified there is no sim card, but it was there. When K updated the software of the phone set, he checked and I checked to my other number, it started to work. Asked him to activate data, it also worked. I was happy and ready to pay at least 40-50 CAD. But he asked nothing but a review and feedback so that people like me can step in to the right place. My wife was happier than me as she was frustrated when she had to lend a strangers phone to inform her delay return after work at home after she was stuck in the subway this week. He is simply a great help with an empathetic feel.
The owner is super nice! It makes me sad that some people are giving him 1 star because they were unable to receive the wish orders that they had gotten their money back from; he has a legal obligation to not let them have the package because they got their refund and is no longer theirs... if they wanted to rip off wish they should've just sent it to their house♀️ To the people that caused him trouble and that made him not want to do this wish thing... thanks for ruining it for those of us that were actually grateful for this ship to store option.
Took forever...not welcoming. Wouldn't look for item...made excuses. Don't send your stuff there. Worse experience. Pkg It's still there but instead of looking or scanning he says just cancel it. Not really the point of shopping!!!!!! #NeverhaveIever.
