Amazing service. Always gives me best options and prices. Trouble shoots any problem I have and if they can’t they will figure out someway to find me the solution. Best phone shop in the city.
The service and the behavior of the staff were very polite, but I think that's about it. They told me they were going to install an original screen, as my phone is old and getting a substitute part wasn't possible. However, I ended up with a screen from another phone. Although it works fine, the screen looks cheap and is far from what they promised. I feel cheated by their false promises.
Hi good morning I like to share important news about this place I went there couple of times I know them now that’s two pepple always there one Indian and one is Pakistani this place it’s very cold inside there no heath on the store feels so cold if you stay there more then 5 minutes there and they don’t turn on the heath at all secound thing is I buy from there 3 items (1) wireless charger (2) phone cover (3) car adaptor if you any other store to buy this items it’s $90 something but the one gujrati guy who work there is like teff he charge me $150 and after 2 month the cover glue is come out and I go back to change it he charge me again $25 for new cover he supposed to replace for me other then he charge me next time I go and if I see the heat is not on or feels cold I take action and report to health and safety department so pls anyone’s need any phone stuff don’t go to there better get from somewhere else and chipper also out side
Staff is nice but the shop is very cold, looks like no heating at all. They must be cheap to provide heating for customers n themself It’s not legal. Need to fix this please
i was there last night regarding the power.button from my asus phone...it worked when i left the store but when i woke up this morning...it was doing tge same thing again...i will bring it back again tomorrow.see you then.thanks. WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY BUT YOU GUYS DID AN AWESOME JOB WITH MY ASUS PHONE'S POWER BUTTON THIS TIME!IT'S EVEN BETTER THIS TIME CAUSE I JUST HAVE TO PRESS IT LIGHTLY AND IT RESPONDS TO IT RIGHT AWAY EVERYTIME THAT I PRESS IT.SHUKRAN. Found this place via google and I have no words to express how they treated me from day one! Hussien and his brother are amazing technicians and their client handling approach is top notch. First time visitor or an old client, it doesn't matter for them, they just treat you amazingly! I won't go anywhere but this place for anything I need regarding phone and electronics related repairs. I highly recommend this place, and Scarborough is lucky to have such God fearing and trust worthy shop.
