I called at 4:30pm, my car undercarriage cover was hanging and they accommodated me for check up and repaired it after. Thank you to Nazar, Stephen and Hadi for the fast and easy service . Highly recommended
If you want your oil done quickly, professionally, and by high standards, come to this place. Nazo did an excellent job of explaining the details of what was done, with no upselling via fear. Really impressed with the service and the clear explanations of what was done and needed. The entire place was filled with friendly and efficient staff and a clean bay. Really impressive. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
It was a busy time of day but the staff was courteous and also explained the details of their work and what to expect next time. Great pricing also. I was quoted $60-$90 more for a euro synthetic oil change at other shops and dealerships.
I was advised by the technician that my oil level on the dipstick did not need to reflect to the full level, as the filter took up some of the oil. Found this strange and now may have to go back for a top up. This means I have to make a 2nd trip.
Got oil changed for my car today. Tried it for the first time and It was an amazing experience. Technician Hadi really assisted me with the process and I was able to get the job done in the end super quick and nice. He also assisted me by providing 25% off as it was first time getting serviced by great Canadian oil change. Overall experience 5/5 and I’m excited to go back there again.
I phone to see if they had European oil for my Mercedes benz in stock. The gentleman that, I spoke to was very rude and he had no time to check to see if they had it in stock. He told, me I have 4 cars waiting and hung up on me. Instead took my vehicle to the competition and they treated me with respect. I will never deal with any of the oil changers locations. They need to be trained in proper customer service instead of looking at how much they can make.
So fast and efficient to the point where I haven't even finished replying an email and the job was done(<10mins I think). See you guys next oil change.
