Super rude guy. The car wash literally just washed half side of my car and he didn’t bothered said that’s how it works. It’s opened after 8 months sonit will be like that only. Literally had to go do to another car wash to get the other half rinsed. Literally had to drive my car to another spot half covered with soap . The guy was very ill mannered and rude. Pathetic service. If I could file a complaint against him I would love to
Patel is a very nice & genuine guy. Recently I had trouble in my car starting up so I thought that the car battery must be weak. I bought a brand new battery from Costco and went to Kennedy for installation. Patel checked my car. He could have easily installed the new battery and claim the charge for it but he rather investigated the real cause which was the malfunction of my Digital key remote. He advised me regarding fixing the issue and also when I asked for how much to pay, he said as he hasn't installed it, he would not charge me for it! I appreciate his gesture and I'll come here only for my car maintenance!
