I came here for an oil change. They didn't do it correctly, and my car was leaking oil. I didn't realize this after much later when I checked my oil levels, and there was nothing left. I was running my car without oil ( i never got a warning from my car on low oil levels, which is also weird to me). Went to another place to check and top up my fuel. They realized Zoom oil hadn't plugged the drain plug back in properly (who knows if they are even using the correct oil for my car) i tried to give them a second chance and change my coolant and they messed that up too. A week later, my car gave me a low coolant warning, got it checked for leaks at my mechanic they found no leaks. They said it was the collant change wasn't done correctly. My mom came here for a cabin filter change and oil change, and they left her car with the cover off and the job halfway done on the filter change. They aren't rude people, but not doing things right can cause my car to break down. I won't be coming back.
The owner is a chill honest guy and the prices are reasonable compared to other places. They also have a car wash and a vaccum cleaner nearby which is super handy.
Brought in my car for oil change the guys were great they had explained everything I needed to know and were super friendly about it. They got me in and out quickly and they have a nice little car wash in the back area also pretty convenient.
UPDATE!! I used to be a 5 star... now I'm down to 2! I'll leave my original below. Been going here for years which is why I'm so disappointed that they lied to me when I went there for an oil change and they told me my breaks needed doing IMMEDIATELY. If they quote you for a $600 brake job, or suggest taking your whole heating system apart just because they installed your cabin filter incorrectly--GET A SECOND OPINION!! My brakes a heating are fine BTW. Old review... I love brining my car here! Veejay and D Roy are always so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. To top it all off they really care about your car--and won't overcharge!
