I have been coming to the great Canadian oil change for 4 years now. They are super knowledgeable and the turn around time to complete an oil change, tire change and filter replacement is impressive. Highly recommend their services.
On Kingston road in Scarborough. This team are always friendly, helpful and professional. They are fast and I always get great service. Their bathroom is even clean and smells good.
Oil change price is 64.99 which is fine but then they upcharged me 25$ for a “special oil filter” which i p iced out at Canadian tire specifically for my model car for 9.99…
Never used their oil change services, but decided to get my winter tires put on at this location as everywhere else was booked up. They ended up snapping a wheel stud. Being a hybrid, and type of vehicle , the stud could not be replaced by itself, the whole hub needs replaced, I got 2 mechanics opinions and both believed it was over torqued. $500 repair, dont use these places for tires, go to a mechanic, it may not save you time but it will save money in the long run, i learned my lesson.
Had to go to another place after about two weeks and was told they put the wrong oil in for my car, as the oil light kept coming on would not recommend this place
I hardly know where to start. I had always gone out of my way to visit this establishment for my oil change. Well, not anymore. I will not be returning nor will any of my friends that go there. It must have gone through a change of ownership and now the customer service and their satisfaction is a non factor. I used to see each litre of oil come out of the bottle so I knew what I was getting. Now it just gets pumped from some drum somewhere in the shop so it could be anything. The previous workers would be constantly doing checks of the car and then relaying the info to you. It was always a pleasurable experience. Their sign says the they now do tires. I asked if they could check a slow leak which I have to pump myself every couple of days. Their check was to have one of the men stand beside the wheel in question with a spray bottle containing a soap solution and spraying around the tire. After five minutes I get “ I can’t see a leak”. This neither customer service or customer satisfaction.
Get every oil change take care of your car . Great service and in and out in minutes. Staff is very friendly and appreciative of the business. Keep up the good work gentleman.
