I recently visited Central Pet Inc and I was really impressed! The shop offers a wide variety of pets at very affordable prices, making it a great place for both first-time and experienced pet owners. The store itself is well maintained and very clean, which shows the care and attention they put into their animals and the customer experience. Everything is neatly organized, and the environment feels welcoming. What really caught my eye was the beautiful white parrot—absolutely stunning! I instantly loved it, and it was clear that the pets here are well taken care of. Overall, Central Pet Inc is a wonderful place if you’re looking for pets with quality, variety, and affordability. Highly recommended!
Can't give them zero, went there to check some parrots but nobody there know about them, internet articles and my friend who owns birds gave me more information than they did, all cockatiels in a bad conditions and the conures are so quiet to the point i think they are definitely traumatized, not even the world there can freak with them same for the African Grey parrot who isn't able to speak anything, do anything or be playful in a very small cage biting people, disgusting store and the pet control or whoever can deal with this should close this store as soon as possible and let all the parrots fly away to live their lives
I paid $45 dollars and they said it would be here in 1 to 2 weeks and they said that they would call us back. It has been three weeks and I have not gotten a callback and they are not picking up my phone. This is unacceptable. They are scamming you guys out of your money, so please do not do you ginger test here/blood test for your bird they will scam you out of your money and they will not call you back. I had to call them like five times and they just said that they haven’t gotten the email yet so now I’m gonna go in person and ask for my money back because this is unacceptable so please do not get your blood test on him for your bird
Wonderful pet shop run by wonderful people who really care about the animals, we have canaries and most recently budgies. We boarded our birds there while we were away and they took wonderful care of them. Thank you so much
Extensive bird/fish supplies. Almost non-existent cat/dog selection but has limited selection of food, water fountains, and mess cleanup cleaners. No harnesses, leashes, or toys.
This is a tiny pet store for finding lovebirds,other domestic birds and fish. I like the bulk bags of good quality pet food with great prices , for our birdies.
They do not take care of the birds they have. The birds are in horrible conditions this place needs to be shut down asap. Do NOT SHOP HERE! 1) Lovebird with an obvious open wound. I asked management about this bird, and all they would say is, "no, he is not okay and he is not for sale. We found him like that, he is not our bird." They would not say more and walked away. I am not sure if this was the owner or an employee, and am not sure I believe the story. There was no mention of seeing a vet or any other medical attention 2) Baby conures huddled at the bottom of a small dirty cage. There are 3; the one at the bottom I could not get a good picture of, but I'm not sure he is well... he is breathing but I could not see his face 3) Indian ring necks and quakers in small cages (2 per cage) stacked on the floor. NO perches, toys, or even food/water.
