Brought my pet dog there for some maintenance. Staff was amazing and caring. Also just recently bought a kitten from them. They have all the pet food and supplies. 5 stars to the shop
I have a pure breed German Sheppard and my trainer recommended this place to me for day care since I had to go out of the country. Conclusion is this will be my go to place if I ever have to leave the country. The owner Ken is very professional and knows dogs and pets really well. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone whom need Ken's services.
I sent my dog over for 10 days boarding potty training. I can't thank Ken more for what he offered. After the 10 day boarding, my dog looks healthier and stronger. And has 0 error when pee and poop on the pad at home. Ken also helped us to develop a better eat pattern for the dog. Ken updates us with videos and pictures every single day to keep us posted . Also taught us a lot on how to maintain a good habit for the dog. I am so grateful for all he did for us!
Ken was very nice and friendly. I took my puppy here for a full grooming. I like the options they have here like the spray for my puppy's fur to prevent ticks.
I took my Shiba Inu to Ken for some training. Ken has taught me and my family a lot on how to train my dog effectively. He provides exceptional 1 on 1 dog training advice. Highly recommended.
It’s very terrible experience! The groomer said: he can’t do grooming for my dog because my dog’s looking is ugly! And my dog’s paw blooding after he did cut my dog’s nail! Hundred percent not recommended! ! ! Don’t go! ! !if you don’t want to hurt your pet. 这家店的服务态度极差！当我们说能手帮我们狗狗剪个造型的时候 他说 你家狗长得那么难看我还能剪好看了？ 我不知道别人听了会什么样？ 但是我听了真的很难过！ 先不说你的技术怎样 就单说你这态度也不像是能做好的样子！结果 不出意料， 给狗狗的指甲被检出了血！ 这水平 这态度！ 希望大家不要踩雷！
12/22 Edit: The owner (Ken) reached out to me, and has apologized on behalf of his employee. Ken was very genuine, and I have changed my review to 4 stars, as I feel Ken is actively rectifying the situation. We brought our corgi here for a groom as we were visiting from out of town in Oct. I told the employee in BOTH Chinese and English that we ONLY wanted the butt fur trimmed, and we only wanted the paw pads shaved. The groomer not only shaved the belly of our double coated dog (which is NOT okay), but they also cut the tip of the tail of our dog. The tip of his tail is now infected, and our dog has a bacterial/fungal infection. Our dog has sores all over his body from the infection. The vet has now confirmed that the infection is as a result of ringworms, as well as multiple different types of bacteria.
