We bought a cockatiel from this shop just two days ago, and sadly, the bird passed away today. When we were at the store, we clearly mentioned that the bird did not look active and seemed unwell. Instead of taking our concern seriously, the owner told us, “You are here for just a few minutes, the bird is absolutely fine.” After bringing him home, we took very good care of the bird. My sister-in-law works from home, so the bird was never left alone, not even for a minute. We also fed him the same food provided by the shop. Despite all this, the bird remained weak, showed no improvement, and today he became completely inactive before passing away. This has been heartbreaking for us. Buying a pet should never end like this. I am sharing this so other customers are aware. The shop must take responsibility, conduct proper health checks, and be honest with buyers instead of denying obvious signs of illness. No family should have to go through this experience.
We bought a baby conure from them and we love him so much! They're professionals and know exactly what they're doing. Also left our lil guy with them for boarding.
This bird heaven was everything. The birds are well cared for and extremely friendly. The owners are very knowledgeable and open to telling you everything about these amazing friends.
The highlight of my year was my visit to this store. I was looking for a male cockatiel for my dad, so I popped in for a quick inquiry. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and kind-very informative and honest. They have a great selection of accessories and perches, and they also offer grooming. You can pick up your next best friend and all its needs in one place. Khan, you were great! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I had the most amazing experience visiting this exotic pet store! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by beautiful free-flying parrots who were clearly happy, healthy, and so well cared for. You can instantly tell how much love and dedication the owners put into every single bird — from the adorable new babies to the majestic 40-year-old parrot who’s been part of the family for decades. The owners were incredibly welcoming and patient, taking the time to let me hold some of the birds, answer all my questions, and share their deep knowledge and passion. It truly felt like visiting a little tropical sanctuary rather than a store. The space itself was spotless and very well maintained, which speaks volumes about the level of care and attention these birds receive every day. If you’re an animal lover or just curious about parrots, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s rare to see such genuine love and respect for animals in a business — a must-visit for anyone who appreciates these incredible creatures!
Absolutely great experience. Clean and very well maintained place. Happy birds hand, feed and tamed. I am more than happy to find this gem and got my perfect little baby cockatiel.
This place is amazing! It was so difficult to find an english budgie that was handfed and raised in clean, loving environment so Im glad I found this place. The staff is very responsive and genuinely caring. My budgie was in great health when I got him and he was amazing. On top of that all their birds are well loved and happy outside of their cages. They also have amazing selection of products for all bird's needs.
