Ordered a pizza for the delivery and wait more that 1,5 hours and still not received. When I call them directly they say they going to make it just now.
Do not go to this location for a slice. Super cheap with toppings and cheese, not to mention they’re tiny. 2” of the slice tray was bare. Aren’t the trays designed to actually fit the slice? Won’t be back to this location. $6 for a slice that even a child wouldn’t be satisfied with, no thanks
Not much choice in the quick slices. I know other locations have better choices with olives, peppers, beef, onions. But these guys only had the plain pepperroni or Hawaiian options. Pass. It would be nice to have a choice of actual pizza's ready to go for a quick lunch.
Oh my god, Shafique wow if Pizza Nova has an employee like Shafique - they are on their way to shut down or worst case scenario they go bankrupt. Till date If I have experienced worst worst customer service ever - the worst level I don’t think there’s a poor level beneath what I just experienced when I walked into the store and had a conversation with Shafique. The employee yells in front of the owner and the owner had nothing to say for it. PIZZA NOVA IS ON ITS DOWNHILL. ALL IN ALL, if you see Shafique- just run away from the store. DISGUSTING COULD NOT STRESS IT ENOUGH!!!!
Very poor customer service, Shafique at the store doesn’t have the minimum decency on how to talk to the girls and people in general. Doesn’t care much on what the customer is asking for and ended up arguing with us. I will never recommend this location to anyone. This is a general neighborhood complain which I have observed from a lot of other people.
Not sure how employees like Shafique are working at a Big Pizza store like Pizza Nova. Disgrace! Customer service is negative, bad attitude towards naive customers. This store used to be a best Pizza Nova store in neighbourhood but sorry to say not anymore. Shame.
Try this: thin crust , easy on the sauce, your choice of toppings, and after its cooked top it off with Chilli flakes, oregano and spicy or regular olive oil drizzled.
