I’m very disappointed I ordered from this restaurant for a pick up yesterday via Uber and realizing within seconds that it was the wrong location I cancelled immediately and they still charged me the full amount. Totally unacceptable !!
Solid spot for any takeout pizza. Never had a bad experience here and I've been frequently for many years. Whether I'm ordering for any of my friends with allergies or dietary restrictions, or not, this spot does the job.
Usually happy with this place. However, today when we went in to order takeout, cashier took down my order wrong even though I repeated my order twice to her. Filed a complaint but received a response as follows "The employee had repeated the order back to you. Sorry for the misunderstanding". Nope, you guys are not sorry, and she did NOT repeat it back to me. This company does not value their customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, thanks.
Had Pizza Hut Scarborough yesterday for our Mother's Day dinner! We ordered their Triple Treat Box which includes.. 2 Pizzas, Boneless Chicken Bites, Bread sticks, and Mini Cinnamon Buns from Cinnabon! Everything was tasty!! Thanks Pizza Hut Scarborough!!!
This is my second time physically ordering in store. My first time the staff didn't accept my order as the store was busy. This time I planned my visit so I was success in ordering. Both visits, the staffs suggested ordering online instead. In terms of favours, the pizza toppings are bittered and burned. The dough is fluffy and favour is OK.
I ordered pizza from this location and they charged me for extra sauce and thin when i got my pizza it was very doughy not crst no sauce. Very bad location to get pizza from here i swear zero star
I picked up pizza a number of times from this location and haven't had any issues yet. Food quality is always consistent, which is great. I would recommend this place for pizza pickup based on the number of times I pick up pizza. Note, you could eat here, but I would suggest taking out
