I tried many pizzas from different places but the pizza from this place is fab and customer service is also too good i usually go there for my lunch and the girl akash she always serve with great big smile and respectfully .
I had an amazing experience at Aly’s Pizza Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I visited there to grab a couple of slices for my dinner, but Akash and Nidhi completely changed my mind with their amazing service and great attitude! Their friendly approach and excellent selling skills convinced me to try a full pizza — and I’m so glad I did! The tandoori pizza was fresh, delicious, and worth every bite. Great service and great food — highly recommend this place!
To the owner, I visited the shop at around 9:25 PM. When I walked in, I saw two employees sitting in the kitchen using their phones, and there was only one slice of pizza left. I asked for a vegetarian pizza, hoping to buy a whole one, but the staff member told me, “We only have one slice left, and if you take it, I’ll give you a 10% discount.” I don’t understand why the shop stays open until 11 PM if they are not willing to make fresh pizzas for customers who come around two hours before closing time? I’ve been a regular customer and have always liked this place, but this experience has really changed my opinion. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place anymore — very very BAD service and lack of care will drive loyal customers away.
Aly’s Pizza is my favorite spot in town! The pizza is always fresh and full of flavor. Dinky and Nidhi are super friendly and makes every visit a great experience. Excellent service and great vibes all around!
If your only competition is pizza pizza it's hard to Miss, but this is not good pizza. It seems scarborough doesn't understand pizza at all, go to North of Brooklyn and you'll see the stark difference. Simple ingredients, good oven and good technique, it shouldn't be this hard, nor should it be expensive. Chain restaurants have us eating trash food.
Worst pizza I ever had!! Was expensive and didnt taste good at all. My boyfriend and I, both had stomach aches as it was all dough no sauce!!! Money went to waste. Reviews are very misleading. :(
Use to be great place with old ownership. Owner Aly ruin it by increasing the price and lower the standard. I came back after long time since I moved and I’m super disappointed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Take your money elsewhere.
