Stopped by for a slice and it’s under cooked , he put the slice in the oven for about 1-2 minutes. The pizza was flimsy and soggy like sitting to be warmed up , never going back there. The toppings were falling off as soon as you pick it up. What a joke. Also picked up the slices with his bare hands.
Ate here twice in the last few weeks and I had to vastly different experiences despie ordering the same thing both times. The photo in the review was my pizza the first time, a solid chain restaurant pizza I would have given 5/5 on, the second time I ordered the pizza crust was extremely thin and the pizza weighed considerably less than the time before. Still good, but im not an ultra thin crust pizza kinda guy. Quality control I guess is a bit of a hit or miss kind of scenario
Picked up takeout of three pizzas at the Bamburgh place pizza nova Anchovies pineapple Extra mozzarella and Italian peppers Meat lovers Every one of the pizzas were amazing. Fresh crust and ingredients were good quality too. Each of our different preferences had an excellent match. Keep it up.
Dear Manager, I am writing to complain about the rude and unprofessional service I received at your pizza shop (395 Bamburgh Circle) on August 29, 2021, around 8:30 pm. I was ignored by the staff for about 5 minutes when I entered the shop. When I asked him to take my order, he did so impatiently and told me to come back in 15 minutes without taking my payment. I returned to the shop after about 7 or 8 minutes, knowing that my order was not ready yet, but the staff treated me very disrespectfully and asked me why I was staring at him. He said he did not like people watching him work. I told him I was not staring at him and asked why I could not wait there. He said there were people before me, which I understood, but I could not accept his rude attitude towards me. The worst part was that he refused to serve me and told me to leave, and he even swore at me! That was unacceptable. He should not be working in the service industry. If he was the owner, the shop would definitely go out of business. I hope you are a big company and you should take this very serious issue seriously and give me a reply. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with your service and I expect an apology and a compensation for this unpleasant experience. Sincerely, Connie
I went to this place and it was the worst experience ever. I genuinely like pizzas here but at this location there was a man who was very rude and misinterpreted the order which I gave. Afterwards he gave me a pizza which had those last thick pieces of onion and that too very unevenly spread. Very bad experience
Been to many pizza nova's over the years (favorite pizza company ) , this location is the best , friendly staff , great tasting pizza . Anyone looking for grub late night or early morning . This nova is your nova .. They make a solid meat supreme pizza!
Great pizza, great service and great workers, I was so thirsty one day and the owner ran towards me with a jug of water not spilling a single drop. Will definitely be back.
