The pizza was delicious but the bread base was so thin and light. I've eaten at other Pizza Nova locations, so the difference was so obvious. It's really sad because I bought the Jumbo size worth $43+ but didn't get my money's worth at all.

I usually have their slices and have ordered from here once before, and the service has been great. However, my last experience was not good. I had ordered a large pizza for pick up, and the pizza base was completely uncooked. There ingredients were not well portioned, as i barely saw any mushrooms, and the tomatoes were not fresh, very mushy. No flavor. One of the worst experiences I've had with this pizza nova and any pizza place for that matter. And I called customer service and all I was given was $5 my next purchase. Barely listened to the issue. Unhappy with both the food and service. Hope they don't keep this up.

Even when coming late a few hours before closing The clerk was very kind and made helpful recommendations on what to get baste on palate and preferences.

Best part about this place is they serve slices of pizza. It’s tasty and you won’t waste the food because you’re ordering the amount that you can consume. The chef is very sweet.

The service was amazing. The lady who took my order had the most happiest energy. The kitchen looks very clean and sanitary. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUSSSSS. 10/10

Owners Hamid and Geeta have been amazing over the past decade++ that they have run this store. They are an extended part of our family now. Always interested in what the kids do and being very genuine. The staff are also very friendly and engaging.
