I used this shop to print my business card and they have done a terrible job and then blame the poor quality to the number of card that I ordered I could have done this quality at home . Pour quality prints and bad customer service services.
Excellent service, quick and fast as they say the store name, the place is small tight may be they need renovation or relocation, but they keep the time line for my order, flyers I got in the same day print which was amazing.
They are friendly and not rude to me, they are quick and efficient on small requests, I park at the Beer Store and walk over to them parking can sometimes be difficult near their shop because of the bank and it is a strip mall so many stores around them
Beware of the extra chages... they give you no option to print apart from using their computer, abd will charfe you 3$ to use it. So one colour print costs $3,49 + tax... never again.
I went there to print an A3 color paper and I was surprised to see the incredible customer service a guy named Nebil provided to me. He was extremely helpful and cooperative and edited the document i wanted to print without hesitations. To be honest, the place don't deserve some of the negative reviews some ppl wrote in here. Keep up the good job, guys!
This is a kind of robbery. If you want to print something, at first look prices look really good, after you printed documents, you face the surprise price which is called a computer fee (+3cad). If you have papers and you want them to photocopy, this place is for you.
i'd give 0 star if i can, tricking you into using their computer to print then charging you for using the computer its like servicing your self and paying for the service. 5$ to print 3 black and white papers. don't go there.
