I will never understand why business advertise a service but when you go in person during a storm they change their mind and apparently now they do not have the service listed on google and their website. I would give this business 0 out of 5 stars if that was an option but it is not. I have faxxed paperwork at this location before and now all the sudden they no longer provide the service and no one in management figured they should take "Fax" out of their services options but unfortunately it still shows up so to anyone wanting to fax please stay away. Unfriendly service and false advertising is never good you're company but alas I cannot teach you how to run ur business
I called this store in advance to confirm printing services. Rilba was super friendly and helpful - she was really quick and competent and helping me print my marketing materials - I would recommend PrintMe for all your printing or framing needs.
Highly recommend PrintMe!! I went there with a huge document that needed to be printed with many different files and they were so helpful and gracious! Not only that but I saved hundreds of dollars by using them over other printing places. Would definitely recommend and will use again!
Horrible service. They are listed as a purolator carrier accepting Amazon returns including free label printing . When you go there they charge you $2.00 for printing the return label when it’s not listed anywhere as such. Would not go there again to give my business. No level of customer service
Update. It's $2.00 cash for one black and white page. Never coming here again, too expensive. Self serve printing is too expensive. 1 page black and white cost $1.40. It's self serve... It should be closer to 60 cents if not less.
Very friendly staff always willing to help when they can. They try by all means to always accommodate your situations and needs. I once went there printed 200pages. As I walked out all the papers I had printed got blown away by the wind. The staff working there that day helped me reprint all the papers I needed at a discount and also assisted me reorganize them. Great Place!
Gave a quote and charged a $100 more than quoted. Also, a lot of printing errors. No customer service, only care about money. Terrible company! Not a FAKE review, I purchased printing materials with a family member, that's why you can't find my name in your records. Terrible Company!!! Unprofessional!!!
