I do not recommend this place at all. The service is very poor, and it’s definitely not worth the money you pay. Their charges seem to depend on their mood, which is extremely unprofessional. Please avoid this place especially if you're planning to take photos.
I had the exact same experience as Shakila. I needed to return something to Zara via Pudo Point, and a week later I got an email from Zara saying they never received the returned package. This place didn’t give me any receipt or tracking info—they just took my package and left it on a shelf. Totally unprofessional and frustrating.
They will charge you based on their mood during the day. I had called in to check price for a digital photograph. The woman on call told me it is $12. When I go in, the man tells me it is $20! I’m all about supporting local business, but never going back here again! Spend your money where people run a honest ethical business.
Scammers . They charge $3 per page to print?! Very unethical and unprofessional. I was advised directly by FedEx that I could drop off my return here and the store would print the shipping label at no cost. To my surprise, these people expected me to use their computer and pay to print a simple sheet of paper that I’m giving them! Never go here
I came to acme signs for some shirts spent two months back and forth e-mailing and driven too the store before they had excuse after excuse and then stopped answering the phone the worst customer experience ever and I recommend anyone find another company
Excellent photos were taken for myself and son PR card. Photos were taken during a windy day after a long walk and the male photographer did a great job editing all the fly away hair for myself and my son. If you can want professional photos taken choose this photo studio.
DO NOT TRUST THOSE 1STAR REVIEWS , I have been going here frequently and I always had excellent quality services. The staffs are professional and friendly as well.
