Amazing service! They really helped me out when I was in a rush to print so many magazines for my school. The quality was great and they had it ready for me early. They really do it with care and I highly recommend them. People should ask to speak to Howard over the phone, he helped me when I was unsure about the type of paper I needed for my prints and the type of binding.
I asked for the lady to politely spell out the email so I can send my pdf files that I need to be printed and she started yelling at me. Horrible customer service.
Highly recommend this family run print shop. The owners Mr Zhang and Mrs Amy are very kind, profesional, and detailed. From my initial email they answered all my questions, provided a very competitive price and the print outs turned out great quality!

Not sure if they switched owners or workers because the reviews are all great and the reason I trusted this company but I got the complete opposite experience. I feel scammed. I called in to ask for a quote the lady (Amy) who answered got rude and hot headed when I asked her to repeat what she said due to her accent it was hard to understand, then she sent me an email regarding the quote which I agreed to. I got my boyfriend to pick up my order and told him how much I was expecting to pay based on her quote. But when he gets there, 1. NO BODY was wearing a mask, even when he was speaking to the lady assisting him, 2. He asked how much and she threw him a bunch of random numbers different than what she quoted me… & at the end charged him waaaay more than what she quoted. Disgusting. Unprofessional.
MY experience with Mr.AHmed at AJ printing was beyond great and professional. The minute I stepped into his shop I felt like I was treated as a loyal customer. My printed items were as it was showed me when frist designed. Overall , I highly recommend AJ printing for all your especial occasion and your BUSINESS.
