I got to the shop at 3pm on a Saturday but it was closed. Timings have been posted at the front door and even online saying that they're open from 10am to 5:30pm on Saturdays. I also called at the time I saw the door closed and no one picked. Maybe your hours need to be revised or you need to he actually open if you've advertised that you will be.
