Fantastic service. She really helped me when someone else screwed me. JJ printing was reliable and was very responsive to what I needed. Most definitely will use this service again
The worst experience I have ever encountered. The reception extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant. The way she spoke and her choice of words were hurtful. This is not a family friendly environment. Please educate yourself on how to talk to customers and treat others with respect.
Worst business I’ve ever been to. The place was a complete mess, there was no place to walk in. The woman sitting at the reception is a devil. She was unwilling to help and just sat there. She gave so much attitude was absolutely rude for no reason. I went with my parents and in laws to print wedding invitations and the customer service was the worst. I felt so embarrassed for bringing people here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for all your printing needs.
