Amazing quality, customer service and unbelievably fast turnaround! PrintFast saved the day when our shipment of documents and pop up banners was stuck at the border and did not arrive for our conference. They were able to print 200+ documents and a pop up banner within an hour for pickup at their Toronto location and sent over a proof within 15 minutes. I can't thank them enough for saving the day and will definitely use them for all my Toronto printing needs in the future.
We paid a premium for Print Fast’s “1-hour print service” to get our vouchers and aftercare cards done, but the experience was extremely disappointing. When we went to pick up our order, the colors were completely off and the print quality was blurry. When we tried to resolve the issue at the front desk, the staff pulled out a stack of pre-printed cards to explain that “different printers and card stock print differently” and that they don’t color match. This made it clear they’ve encountered this problem many times before, yet still continue to charge customers for a service they know won’t meet expectations. We then called customer service, only to be told that they “don’t do color matching to keep costs low.” For a company advertising premium printing, this excuse felt unacceptable. Ironically, when I mentioned leaving a bad review, the rep asked for understanding because they are a “small business.” In reality, they operate a large warehouse, while we are the small business trying to get off the ground — and we trusted them with an important order. After going back and forth, we couldn’t afford more delays and ended up going elsewhere. We found Print & Staple in Aura Condos — a tiny shop run by just one person — and the difference was night and day. Without us even asking, he tested two complimentary cards on different paper stocks, made adjustments to the file, printed the cards in the exact color we needed, and even threw in 10 extras free of charge. That’s what professionalism and true small-business care looks like. If you care about quality and customer service, avoid Print Fast. Save yourself the stress and go to Print & Staple — they got it right the first time, and they truly value their customers.
Came for their binding service yesterday. It was fast, professional and with a very reasonable price. I will also do printing jobs with them in future.
Spoke a woman on the phone at 10am and asked her if I can reorder some business cards. (I had previously printed business cards 3-4 times) So I was a returning customer. I told her I need them by Friday morning and (today is Tuesday). She said she would see if it was possible. I called back a few hours later to hear the verdict and it was another employee that said it would be impossible to do it since my previous order was 7 days turnaround time and we only had 3.5 days. The original price of the 7 day turnaround was $149 for 500 business cards on 18.5pt velvet touch card stock. She said they can do by Friday - my desired time - but it would cost $500 instead of $149. LOL You're trying to GOUGE a returning customer for $350 Make it make sense. You can obviously see that I've made you the business card provider for my business since I've returned to you multiple times. You'd rather lose lifelong customer than just try to reward a returning customer by trying to make it happen? What happened to good old customer service? They even offer 24 hour and same day service. If their 3 day service costs $350 extra.... I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THEIR SAME DAY SERVICE COST! LOLOL How much is same day service? "Sure we can do same day service for you but it's going to be $800 dollars" LOLOL What Either offer these services at a reasonable price or don't offer them at all. Don't try to CAPITALIZE from the desperation of business owners who have semi-last min or last min requests by GOUGING. Just saw a customer review that mentions the same thing. See attached.
