Chris is amazing at what he does! My teenagers go to him for their sports injuries, and he’s helped them recover every time. Even though he rmoved from Ajax to Scarborough, we still make the trip to see him—it’s absolutely worth the drive. I highly recommend Chris.

The team was professional, supportive&highly knowledgeable. The environment was friendly and encouraging, . I highly recommend Good Shepherd physio for treatment and care .

Super place ,best place for PHYSIOTHERAPY , you got pain Go to Shepard physiotherapy , Best doctors and best staffs , I love the place, they really help me , thank you doctors

Lady at the front desk is terribly rude. You’d think they’d be a little nicer to the patients considering we already have enough going on physically. I went for a follow up appointment for my lower back Chris told me before leaving give my new family doctors info to the front desk so I did.. she told me she couldn’t send my results to my family doctor then after explaining to me in a hostile tone that she can only send it to the person who sent the referral(which was an emergency room doctor that you can’t get ahold of everyone knows that) she then tells me that I didn’t say I wasn’t going to send it to him (again rudely) after she just finished telling me she can’t send it to him and then she cut me off and told me to have a great day byeee when I was still trying to talk to her to insure that my doctor was going to get the report… considering I don’t have the physical strength to be running around to get my results. Christoper was great though!

I’m very disappointed with how dismissive of my problems this doctor was. When I said I had pain during the stretches he asked me to do he seemed to think I was wrong. He basically told me that I don’t need to worry about all the issues discovered in my last MRI result (which my family doctor is very worried about) because I’m young. He said he doesn’t see the point in referring me to further pain management because I am young. He said I’m tall and should expect to live with back pain/issues. He also said I must’ve gained weight and I’m weak and probably can’t even do a plank. He asked me why I had cataract surgery and while I was telling him it was Marfan syndrome related he cut me off and dismissed that completely. His suggestion was to work out more (very unhelpful considering I cannot even walk most days). It was very apparent that he didn’t go through any of my medical history prior to this appointment. Once I stated my health coverage did not cover physiotherapy he basically walked me out the door. This is my second time here. My first visit, although not super helpful, wasn’t nearly this disappointing.

I had vertigo problem and after two appointments with Yadi I feel very good. He is very professional and experienced. Receptionist Julia was very helpful and polite. I will recommend this physiotherapy if you have vertigo problem.

My partner went here as a referral from his family doctor. During his visit, the main physiotherapist stated that he was too "young" to have lower back pain (he has had back pain for 3-4 months, with numbness and pain going down his leg, causing limited mobility), and it MUST be his hamstring and if he iced it he will be fine. He further asked what he did for a living and he stated that he recently had to apply for disability to deal with some health issues. He followed with "so you sleep on the floor? a couch?". This is a extremely discriminatory remark. He forced him into lift his leg into uncomfortable and painful positions bringing him to tears from the pain and refused to investigate his back. He follows up with "I guess I will refer you to somewhere that is OHIP covered but you can't expect them to do much and it probably won't help" We followed up with his family doctor and got MRI imaging, he has two very large herniated discs in his spine and is now being referred to a sport medicine doctor and neurologist. Not only was his commentary discriminatory, but his actions as well. He couldn't see past the age of my partner (27) to even consider anything else or to investigate appropriately. Would not recommend.
