I’ve been receiving treatment at Progressive Rehab Clinic, and I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve been getting. The staff is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel supported throughout your recovery. The physiotherapist, chiropractor, and massage therapist are amazing — they genuinely care about your progress and adjust your treatment based on how you’re feeling each visit. This facility needs a completely revamp. 1st of all, their operation and management are not well organized. The process is not working well. No one knows the daily proper schedule of their customers. The customers are facing issues after arriving at their facility. The equipment are not well maintained. They must have someone responsible sitting there each day to improve their efficiency. Leaving everything on the shoulder of daily staffing will not improve the customers satisfaction.
Started my therapy with Progressive Rehab since my first accident, 2015 and I’m in my 3rd accident (2019). That says a lot! From the 1st assessment with the chiropractor (Dr. Yussuf), RMT (Yuri), asst. psiotherapist, and front staff, very knowledgeable on what pain treatment needs to be done and time management. I did not received an instant relief, BUT my PHYSICAL HEALTH BACK!!! The clinic is clean and have a relaxing atmosphere. THANK YOU!
