I have had a truly excellent experience at Scarborough South Physio and Rehab Centre. From the moment you walk in, the administrative staff greet you, and check you in. They are professional, easy to reach, and always pleasant to deal with. Their friendliness, hospitality, and handling of my paperwork make the visits feel welcoming and stress-free. The clinic has very flexible hours which makes it easy to schedule my sessions around my work schedule. The facility itself is very clean, well maintained, and equipped with various physio machines (TENS etc.), plus a dedicated gym space with equipment for many forms of rehabilitation. My physiotherapist, Heta, has been outstanding. She is very thorough in her assessment, and she approaches each session with compassion and professionalism. She took the time to listen and understand my full situation, then created a detailed action plan tailored to my needs. She works closely with Dana, and Monika who patiently demonstrate the stretches and exercises that are part of my plan. They have a gentle and encouraging way of teaching, always mindful of my limitations while still pushing me forward in a positive way. The combination of Heta’s expertise and Dana and Monika's supportive approach has made a real difference in my progress. I feel fortunate that my doctor referred me here. The entire team has exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend Scarborough South Physio and Rehab Centre to anyone seeking high-quality, personalized care in a professional and welcoming environment. Got an injury on my right shoulder in my workplace, so I decided to visit Scarborough South Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation for the first time back in September of 2024. Since then, I've been coming back once or twice a week as the physiotherapy they provide truly helps. My injured right shoulder before could barely even lift a pack of 12 soda cans from the ground to my knees. Now, I'm almost back in form, being able to lift water bottle cases from the ground to my chest again! Still have work to do, but I'm more confident in my recovery thanks to them. What makes this rehabilitation centre all the better is the people. Shout out to Shreya, Monika, and Dana, as they've been very accommodating and welcoming, but really everyone here is amazing and great people. They are professional in what they do, but they're also fun people to be around so the place is always vibrant and relaxing. Highly recommend them if you're seeking physiotherapy or any other rehabilitation that they provide. Thanks you!

DR. Justin has taken care of all my needs from, chyro, massage therapy, accupuncture and orthotic insoles. I'm very happy with all the staff including reception to therapists. Everyone is so professional and friendly. I've already recommended friends to come and checkout the facilities. One thing that makes my life easier is the direct billing to my benefits provider. Lots of parking at the building and great location.
