I tried out a few home cooked food businesses and ended up liking Chutkharey. The pricing is very reasonable and the taste is really good. It wasn't too oily or spicy, very balanced. Highly recommended.

Had ordered the food for the first time, and Ria and team did an amazing job not just taste wise but also ensured he food was delivered ahead of the committed time, the biryani was yum ?honestly all of the items were on point its truly was a taste of home cooked food? but the very best that I realized is they listen to their customer and give them what they want, it's worth mentioning as a new customer I also received a welcome complimentry meal. Having been courteous and patient customers of Chutkharay Tiffin Service for quite some time, we have become increasingly disappointed. The food is usually decent, but the service feels amateur rather than professional: meat is occasionally burnt, some items have been smelly and had to be thrown out, and packaging often causes oily leakage. Refunds are slow and inconsistent — even after confirmation that a refund would be issued, it has not been provided after a long wait, despite proof that something was wrong with the order. At times, the customer is forced to request replacement meals instead. When a customer shows kindness and patience, it’s reasonable to expect the same in return, and not to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that does not always seem to be the case here. Overall, this service feels more like an amateur startup than a professional tiffin provider, and they do not always stand by their word. Hopefully, they take feedback seriously and improve their service.
Extremely unreliable. Never received the food ordered. Thankfully, I’d selected the cash on delivery option so no monetary loss to me but definitely a waste of time. Disappointing. Wont be ordering ever again.
