So, the food was amazing, flavors were there. Someone in another review said it reminded them of jamaica, they didnt lie.. HOWEVER...... $12 for a small & the portion sizes.. left me disappointed. I ordered 3 things, all small. sm curry goat - which had a lot of bones.. a sm fried chicken - my son had no complaints other than the chicken skin was spicy lol & a small ackee & salthfish with provisions - while i did call and ask for specific provisions & they honored like i said, the food was really good but i cant deny the fact that i honestly felt robbed. I've gotten lunch specials for half the price & same portion size...thats the ONLY thing stopping me from coming back.
Small place, big smiles, awesome staff. I just went into get a Patti and Coco bread and the staff were super friendly. I seen a guy get some jerk chicken and it looked fresh as could be and plenty of food on the dollar.
I got the Stew chicken and curry chicken, they were both tender, juicy and delicious! It’s been a minute since I had good caribbean food! The steam cabbage was such a nice addition!! This place is a must try! You will be back! I know I will!
Great food and quick preparation time, will definitely order from here again! I got the Curry Goat and the meat was falling off the bones, good portion sizes too as I realized they put curry under the salad on top of the rice too. I also got 2 orders of Plantain which were pretty good, on the firmer side and not too sweet which was a nice change. Can't wait to try their oxtail and dumplings next time!
Wonderful restaurant. They are clean and they're food is cooked very well. Price is excellent. Would definitely come back to this amazing restaurant! If your in the area stop by and enjoy some yummy food!!!
Food reminiscent of back home...ordered the curry chicken, the portion was more than generous and tasted immaculate. 5+ stars will definitely be eating here again and highly recommend!!!!
Taste is authentic , simple yet rich in flavour. Fry chicken was juicy and tender, curry has a nice flavour and rich colour. Diabetic or hypertensive people can eat comfortably. Nice home cooked meal!!
