I read some of the reviews and they are fake. The food is terrible. Who ever is cooking has no idea what they’re doing. I’ve tried the fish and chips the burger and the Cobb salad. The burger was burned and the fries cold. The egg for the Cobb salad smelled bad and the fish left so much oil on the plate, the US was going to invade it. The thing that was good was the server. I wouldn’t eat there EVER again.
The curry chicken was excellent, as well as the braised beef stew. Sophia served us - so kind and friendly. The whole team is hardworking and pays a lot of attention to detail.
The waiter who served us on Mar 5 evening at Scarborough Rama Gaming House (and actually many other evenings), his name is Patrick. His service is great. He is the reason why we keep going back to eat there.
It’s located in a casino. The service wasn’t bad the server was friendly. But the food was terrible. Our pancakes tasted very sour for some reason it was inedible. When we let the server know she told us that it might be the salt, but that didn’t make sense to us. We also weren’t offered any discount due to this. As someone who used to be a server for many years, I would’ve offered a discount if the food didn’t taste how it should’ve. It’s not that we tried something new and didn’t like it, we have had pancakes before and that’s not how they were supposed to taste.
4 stars on the breakfast omelette only because the home fries were barely warm and too hard/over done. Omelette was very good. Sophia was friendly. Fair prices.
I guess it’s my fault for wanting to have something to eat inside a casino… However… Server staff had no idea on what they serve. Got the clubhouse sandwich… I don’t even know what was inside of it. Stay away. Belgian waffle fluffy… Hard as a rock. Stay away Stay away from this place at all costs. Casino might be good. Try your luck there much better than the restaurant.
Manisha welcomed us and let us know all the specials and was a fantastic server! The food is top notch and they were soooo generous with fruit on each plate. Watermelon, oranges and grapes alongside my eggs and bacon! Seriously a treat with the eyes and belly! Thank you all!
