tanya and the owner ragi (?) was patient and considerate. we came on a busy football sunday night so me and my parents sat at the bar to have a drink while we waited for takeout and we could definitely tell this place is loved. everyone was on first name basis and there was a community built here. tanya was attentive despite the rush and the owner was a sweetheart making sure everyone was taken care of. prices are fair and food is good esp with the deals they have! definitely will be back!
I ordered the Fish and chips through the skip the dishes app. Our food came hot, nicely packaged and they included my request for tartar sauce and vinegar. The fish was a nice size but it's not a traditional fish but a frozen fish....but it tasted good and was not oily at all. The fries tasted really nice and the tartar sauce was delicious. For the price under $12 I was pleased and we enjoyed while watching a movie. Next time I will try the natchos and other items, prices are affordable to a Friday night treat!
If we had a place like this in Burlington, Oakville or brampton it would be a cash cow but unfortunately it's in Scarborough. Food was fresh got 1lbs of wings with a 12oz of their home brew beer for $12. 3 fish tacos for $9 in a stainless steel holder. Presentation looked very good. 3 lightly battered Mutton appetizers for $4.50. The place was constantly being cleaned. $5 happy hour from 12-6pm. It's very quiet and music is rock but if that doesn't bother you take a look at this place. This is coming from a guy who generally eats pretty healthy but wanted to try something I normally don't since I was in my 20's. Update: Included taxes plus they packed the food for me. Total was under $26 the server was friendly as well!
Good Atmosphere, Good Food, Good People & Good Vibes. My favorite thing to order is, the crispy chicken poutine and the battered shrimp they are soo good. One thing I ❤️ about this bar, they have daily drink specials, Monday to Sunday. Food specials (pint & pound - 11.99) available Sunday to Wednesday night. Free pool Wednesday, and Saturday evening is karaoke, and that's quite enjoyable as well. Overall, never a dull moment and always a good time @ Round Table Tavern. Good bar,they have dragon stout. Excellent wings and nachos. Friendly staff. Family owned .Excellent fish tacos . Cheesy bread very filling . Great value for money here . Prices are good .
Went on Sun for karaoke which is good but the service was not good. After a couple drinks we wanted to order dinner but the server didn't find it necessary to come out from behind the bar to see if we required anything else so we just left and probably won't return. Don't say no one is coming to karaoke if you can't provide proper service
