It was our first time visiting and worst experience firstly we have to make a complaint about staff they were abusing each other because one of his coworker send a picture to owner related to cleaning but other employees slap him and abuse so many bad words and about the food we paid $25 for xl pizza half chicken and half beef look at quantity literally it’s empty and no flavour worst experience ever please train your staff we came at 10 pm Nov15 check your cameras
Worst customer service ever. They don’t even care about the sequence of the order . Walk-in pizza order took 55 minutes for them to complete. Worst scenario is the pizza dough is raw . Haven’t got cooked properly
Horrible quality. I live right beside the store got some wings a large pizza and samosa. The food tasted bad the quality was off and the samosa tasted like the potato’s were going rancid. Very convenient location but quality so bad never going again.
Ordered a burger for $7.99 and was really surprised by how small it was. Other pizza places usually give a much bigger burger for the same price. Not sure if there was a mix-up and I got a smaller $5 burger by mistake, or if this is just their regular portion. Either way, it didn’t feel worth the price.
The cashier said the pizza was only 15 mins old when in reality it must have been from the day before. One of the most stale, dry and old pizza slices I’ve ever had. Also charged $1 for a very small container of garlic sauce. Blatant liar, absolutely do not recommend you’re better of going anywhere else if you want fresh edible pizza.
Just sent my son and nephew to get food, I’ve loved this place for a while but when their chicken wings were still bleeding I called and their reply was “I’m sorry it won’t happen again” no offer of any kind to resolve, a discount, etc. nothing. I will NOT be ordering from here again.
Absolutely atrocious service tonight. I ordered 1large meat lovers pizza, 1 popcorn chicken, wings and wedges. The guy told me come in 15mins. When I got there he said the order is not ready it would be another 20 or so because my food hasn’t even started. I sat and I waited. He then came and told me a few minutes later my order is just about finished but I only received the pizza and the wedges. To later find out he did not complete my order and then decide to say it was a mistake and they are out of chicken. After taking my food and proceeding to pay with cash he said he prefers me to pay with card because he is very busy. They hire anyone here! It’s absolutely horrible and no matter how long ago you order you always have to come and wait and the order is always wrong. The staff tonight was very rude and distasteful. Will not be returning and I advise no one else to waste their time and should buy elsewhere.
