Do not waste your time with Scarborough Alliance Sports Center. The staff are completely careless and unorganized. I booked a court and even used their AI bot to confirm switching it to volleyball. On the day of the booking, I was informed they couldn’t set up the court because the equipment was locked in a room and no one had access to the keys. I gave them another chance and rebooked for a different day — only to get a call later saying they had double-booked my time slot with someone else. When I asked for a refund, they refused and claimed it was somehow my fault. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. Absolutely terrible experience — save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Terrible experience the floors were extremely slippery after the first 30 minutes. Might be better in the summer but the ventilation is terrible. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are playing for 30 minutes or less.
The court price is reasonable.Good place for practices and meetings. The place does have a low ceiling for a court, so if you have a high arching shot, you may need to adjust. The proximity of the court to 401 and STC, is a huge positive for this venue.
Facility is great, location is better, and the service is exceptional. Wouldn’t recommend any other court to my friends, truly a Scarborough treat for all hoopers!
Nice court, but the ceiling isn't high enough, and there aren't any bleachers. Since the nets are adjustable 7' - 10', running a basketball camp for kids works well. Overall, I give this court a 3/5.
