味道不像超市裡的壽司，但品質不如以前了。我點的是PC01套餐，炙烤壽司。壽司上淋了一層厚厚的醬汁，完全嚐不出炙烤的味道。請不要在不必要的情況下加醬汁。 it doesn't taste like supermarket sushi but the quality is not the same as before. ordered pc01 tray. aburi sushi. the sushi was covered in a thick layer of sauce. I could not taste the aburi flavour. please don't add sauce when it is not necessary.
This place used to be very nice. The price was slightly higher than the sushi rolls platter from supermarkets but the quality was much better. However, they increased the price multiple times in the last year (platter $40 -> $42 -> $45 -> $47) and the quality went worse. I understand the price adjustment due to inflation but you need to keep the same quality. I can’t accept paying more but getting sushi rolls made by crab sticks and fruits instead of real salmon.
Amazing sushi! I was surprised by the quality of the food. It was fresh and delicious. The portions were on point. The staff were so friendly and kind. 100% will be going back.
We placed a walk-in order for the assorted sushi party tray. The quoted wait time was 25-30 minutes which we thought was reasonable given it was the start of a busy Saturday evening. The food was ready within the quoted timeframe. The sushi itself seemed fresh and was priced reasonably. Some pieces of nigiri were even topped with garnishes (red onion, ginger, etc) which complimented the natural fish taste. The tray had a good selection of various fish (scallops, cooked shrimp, unagi, octopus, salmon, tuna, and 2 other white fleshed fish I wasn't able to identify) and resembled the picture on the menu. This is really important to me as some places will show you one thing, but give you something else. Our usual go-to sushi spot is Ai Sushi in Scarborough. I'd say Hin Sushi is a touch more expensive (per piece) than Ai Sushi, but the quality is also slightly higher.
Friendly and amazing people and the best sushi I’ve had to this day. New favourite sushi spot for my sushi cravings! Thick pieces of salmon sashimi and really tasty rolls.
I had the Salmon Lover set for lunch today from UberEats, the quality of the salmon was pretty good, definitely not grocery store quality. I think the only down side was that they over seasoned the rice with vinegar it was way too sour and mushy/wet, you can’t really feel any of the rice grains. My friend had The Sashimi, Sushi and Roll combo, the fish in this one seemed mediocre, I think the only thing thats worth it is the salmon. Oh man! This place is so good. Best sushi I've had. The portion sizes are fantastic and everything tastes so delicious. On top of that, the employees are all so friendly. Even the chef took the time to speak to me. I've saved this place as my favorites on Google Maps now
