Absolutely terrible experience This was honestly one of the worst shops I’ve ever dealt with. The service was completely unprofessional, the staff didn’t care at all, and the quality of their work was extremely poor. The customer service was rude, careless, and totally unhelpful. I ended up paying another shop to fix the problem , and Boss Tires refused to give me my money back. They clearly care only about taking your money, not about doing quality or honest work. I would never recommend Boss Tires to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your car — go somewhere else.
My first car, and I obviously needed winter tires this year. So I got my first set here. First of all, very good price. Second of all, the service is outstanding. These guys work very hard and make sure everyone is accommodated for. Definitely recommend them and these guys will be my new guys if anything is wrong with my car! Thanks so much for the hard and quick work! Wait time is acceptable only because they were so busy as it was the first snowfall and they weren’t even supposed to work today!

Went in for a 4 wheel alignment today and was extremely happy with the knowledge, experience, speed and honesty this place offers. The owner was super nice and informative, not to mention pricing was very reasonable. This place not only does tire and rims but also offers auto mechanic services as well. Go check them out, highly recommended for your auto needs.

They treat my green Jetta like a Lamborghini - always with care. Their prices are the best in the city, and their honesty sets them apart—they never cheat.
