As a women I never went to change my car’s tires ever , but Tire outlet Canada made the experience interesting . The warm welcome and quick service made my day. I live in the Barrie and tomorrow we are expecting snow for three days, according to weather forecast, and I didn’t have winter tires and it was pretty costly near my place. I purchased and installed snow tires here this winter. They were fast and friendly, but they either used an old worn out bit on the impact gun or they used the wrong size, it slipped on my lug nuts and stripped the crome off of them on the edges, which is now getting rust. they also over torqued the wheels by a lot and did not mark the tires to know where they were placed for rotating. I won't come back to this location or recommend it to any friend.
This is my second time visiting here. I’m always so hesitant going into tire and auto body shops, as service can be a little lousy. However, these guys are always kind, organized and extremely professional. Very satisfied and highly recommended!
