Wonderful service, knowledgeable and personable staff. Purchased a set of winter tires and rims. Great communication, efficient installation and the owner was very accomodating in sorting out additional parts same day as I came in from out of town. I would recommend their services to anyone, especially those less car savvy like myself. The way they treat their team members also speaks volumes to their integrity. Genuinely good, honest people!

We had an emergency flat on our vehicle and urgently needed new winter tires. After calling around, we’re so glad we found this shop! From the very first phone call, the experience was outstanding. The employee we spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful, providing honest recommendations for different tire options. They clearly explained the pricing and quality of each option, which made it easy to find something that fit our budget. Their all-inclusive pricing was a big plus, and since the tires we needed were in stock, we were able to come in immediately. Once we arrived, the service was fast and professional. Within just an hour of calling, our van was ready to go! The office administrator at the front desk was efficient and welcoming, and the owner, Jay, went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work. He walked us through the shop after the tires were installed, explained everything he had done, and even gave us the option to keep or dispose of our old tires. Jay also offered excellent advice on maintaining our new tires and let us know we could return in the spring for a free tire rotation to help extend their life. This thoughtful touch really stood out and made us feel confident in their service. 20000% recommend this shop. We heard of the shop through word of mouth and super positive recommendations from friends. We came all the way from Ajax to this shop based on the recommendations alone. The owners of this shop, Leslie and Glenn are such kind and resourceful people. Leslie and her staff were highly personable and supported us with information and guidance on the best bang for our buck as we shopped for our first ever tires. We appreciated that this is a family business with tons of knowledge and expertise across models of car and tire needs. Leslie supported us personally on our decision over months as we mulled over the choice between winters or all-weather tires. We ended up choosing the Nokian Remedy WGR5, which they also facilitated a rebate for. As a woman, I felt like I was so welcome and not taken advantage of, which has typically been the case when it comes to anything car-related. The skilled mechanics even struck up conversations with us and helped us figure out how much to sell our old tires for. Will definitely be back next time we need anything tire related!
Been there a couple of times excellent service. I called earlier and got a female on the phone that put me on hold then asked me the size I wanted then told me the price and hung up the phone in my face before I was finished speaking. She was extremely rude and I will be going somewhere else for my tires from now on.
Very good service, they are honest and knowledgeable. Family owned and same guys have been working there for years... I thought I needed tires, one of the workers inspected my tires and told me I had another 6 to 10 months on them... I then went back to get winter tires, sent my wife with the vehicle, they treated her and saved hundreds because I got used tires that were practically new. Compared to other tire shops in the area, I'd recommend Multi Tirecraft.
First time at the shop. I felt welcome and will be back again in the spring when I need new summer tires. It was great to see that everybody was working as a team.
