i’ve bought cars before from Rosa auto sales in Oakville from mercedes benz in Oakville, i actually sold cars over 60 and these guys made me feel like myself they helped me when i didn’t expect this service but the customer service i felt from Asif and Nazer please forgive me if i spelt any names wrong, is beyond exceptional, i was given a deal on a used car that i needed and they went through but again i didn’t ask for it but these guys will listen and talk to you like PEOPLE, Nader from day 1 was there for me like a real old school but HONEST sales guy and im more then happy taking the car home, if your looking for a used car give this place a call and just see what they can do for you, we’re living in a crazy time and it’s hard to fund good people especially in the auto industry.
Bought a 2010 Honda pilot. They added a thousand dollar application fee to the price for the financing. Told the rear camera worked but the dealer plate was over top of it. It didn't work at all. The transmission clunks into second gear. It clunks badly when I shift from drive to Revere and clunks when I shift back. Feels like it slips on the highway going up hill when it gears down on the hill. And it was only 35 days ago
Car bought certified with multiple problems that they couldn't figure out. All to find was sold missing parts, shake my head. I didn't say I bought it but I know the diff between as is and certified and that car shouldn't have been without at least notifying the customer
Purchased a civic couple years ago, certified to be completely inspected and certified with their in house mechanic. Every engine component started breaking down within a month, took the car back and inquired the issue. Was told that they don’t know anything about engines and they had no idea that the car engine was so bad when they sold it. They even provided 2 year warranty on engine and transmission which turned out to be futile. I had to replace the entire engine and associated components on my own. No hint of responsibility was taken by the owner as the car was already sold and their part was done. Also, the seller told 2 keys will be provided for the car one of which were lost in last moment and never found.
They have most cheater mechanic OMG. Their mechanic Mirza is not paying his rent for last 7 months. I heard from his landlord in front of the garrage.
Following the nasty icestorm this weekend, this company plowed their driveway and car lot and totally blocked the sidewalk on Kingston Road. They clearly have no consideration for people who walk, for seniors, for people who are pushing strollers or need a mobility device to get around. It makes me wonder if they care about their customers.
Bought a car here recently and they were very nice and honest with me they don't scam you like other dealerships also very nice people and great customer service
