Very poor customer service. My partner messaged them to inquire about a vehicle and they would not give him straight answers. I called to ask questions, whoever answered the phone just said "Hello?" so I thought I had the wrong number, then throughout the call they kept putting me on and off speaker phone and were obviously doing something else. After responding to one of my questions, they abruptly ended the call without saying anything else.

Extremely disappointed with Payless Motors. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. The staff showing the cars seemed completely uninterested, barely paid attention, and didn’t provide any helpful information. The owner was DISMISSIVE and MOCKING, questioning why we were even there? We came to see specific cars advertised online, but the car were not ready to see or in the condition listed., yet we were still called in as if everything was available. The dealership felt disorganized, unprofessional, and misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a serious, reliable car buying experience. Save your time and look elsewhere.
If there is anything less than a one star, I wouldn’t mind giving it to this place, These guys are selling bicycles (We came in for our appointment and the owner asked what we were looking for. I said we were here for a guy called Alex. Instead of helping, he laughed and said: “Are you here for bicycles?” When I asked what he meant, he added sarcastically: “Are you here for bicycles, or I mean… for cars?” That’s not just rude — it’s mocking customers who came in seriously!! Such a bad customer service and What a pathetic company! ZERO STAR and then another Zero star for the person called Moe!!! Who cares who you are and what you own, as long as you are not good with customers, you are just ZERO!!! Note: Don’t actually visit this place unless you actually want to buy some BICYCLES!!
We are only sharing our own experience. The car we bought had engine problems that were not disclosed to us, and it put us in a very difficult situation. Be careful when buying a car. This was the worst experience we have ever had. I am still paying for this faulty car and will continue to do so for another two years.
I called about 2 subaru wrx that was posted online. He said word for word “small accident on both nothing major”. People be careful when buying from this guy. Stay far away from this place and save yourself a headache.
This dealership is totally fraud i never suggest anyone to go there, they ship accidental cars from somewhere fix their parts and sale them on very high interest. The owner of this dealership will be very kind but after sales he will never listen you and if you want to fix anything he will ask for higher rates which is totally wrong at the end i will just say they are worst and worst always in future
