Great service. Shout out to Peter . I live in Ottawa and they brought the 2015 mazda CX5 to me. Great SUV. I had a issue with the car and they were able to fix it. They made a apointment at the Mazda dealership and it was taken care off. I would not think twice to refer Topline Moters lnc. Very honest and repectful.
To start, this is the worst place to go to for a vehicle by any means. Avoid it no exceptions/no excuses. The sales agent that works here personally screwed me over and I know many others that have also been screwed over with their lies and manipulations. The manager that runs this stealership is unprofessional and also is never available; or maybe he’s just good at avoiding his customers after he scams them. Peter is the name of the agent who only cares about making profit. This is a 2024 review so, lately I don’t know if he is still working there or if there is another agent to this point but it’s a review of the overall business. Long story short, they sold me a vehicle that has $17,000+ worth of needed repairs and I wasn’t able to test drive/ inspect the vehicle due to the fact it was brought in from Quebec. I was told it came with snow tires but when I received the tires in person they were studded, meaning illegal to use/sell within the Province of Ontario. Peter knew this but carried on clueless so I wouldn’t find out. It wasn’t road worthy inspected by BMW/MINI in which, they confirmed. TOPLINE MOTORS only fixed the cheapest/easiest issue the vehicle came with and left the rest and refused to take it back. They are good at ignoring calls/avoiding accountability and if you don’t know any better you WILL be next. They are certified scammers that pray on the unknowing and if you can avoid a bankruptcy that they will cause you down the line I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Purchased my 4th car from them. These guys are the best. I am very happy dealing with them. I always need vehicles for home and my business. These guys will always find me the best deals and never had any issues with vehicles.
Good people, it may look rough around the edges, but they do listen and helped me through the whole process. They safetied and fixed any issue I found, detailed it, and drove 2 hours to deliver the car to me at no charge.
Dealer is a trailer on a corner of an old run down gas station...Salesperson came out of an old trailer with someone inside yelling after him. Cars were packed so close together you could barely squeeze through the lot. From all appearances someone goes to the auction and blindly buys the cheapest cars they can and then upload everything to CarGurus and lie about the condition of the cars. The car I went to look at was certainly in no way the same car they advertised or the person that writes the vehicles ad is blind. Drove 40 minutes there and another 40 minutes back which is 78 minutes longer than the length of time I stayed, for a complete waste of time. Oh....and the “Salesperson” didn’t even know what a Volvo looked like as he showed me a Ford. Words cannot explain what a wasted trip that was or how anyone would consider purchasing a car from a “dealership” that has no pride or knowledge about what they sell. How anyone could by a car from here is beyond me. By the way….if you are going to have friends and family use multiple fake accounts to leave so many FAKE Reviews….at least tell most of them to use different profile pictures and not be listed under friends and family on your Facebook pages….laughable in so many ways.
