Place is nice. Garments are nice too. I regularly buy from here. No complaints for store. I recently purchased a top 6 days ago from store at higher price. Now that top is for less price. I asked for a price match as tag also still on and the customer service said NO. How ride is that. So 1 star for customer service on email. They don't prioritize customer.
Went to the store today because I saw one blazer I wanted on the website. Ended up indecisive between the two sizes. I turned to ask for assistance, and it was Keyanna who was super responsive and helpful! I went there alone so I was super thankful for her assistance ❤️ Well organized store, affordable clothes (check out their sales, it's amazing!), good quality stuff, and most importantly, very helpful, friendly, and polite staff. Definitely going back
Love and love for the Reitmans!! Prices are quite expensive now! I wish they had more grey color pants which we used to have before. But overall a good quality product!
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They will make sure to assist you from start to end and they know their stuff when it comes to fit & knowledge of the styles, fits and material. Best location and I have shopped at quite a few.
The girl at the desk Grace (I think) was fantastic. I bought 2 dresses on sale and she went all out to look for sizes and suggest options. She was upbeat and cheerful, not to mentions, great deals at this location.
All the staff in this store that I've encountered are very friendly! I was greeted in a friendly manner and told about promos/sales. The gentleman who helped me with the fitting room was friendly, and finally....the cashier. I don't know of she was a manager, but she also works at another Reitmans location, was amazing to chat with and I didn't hesitate to sign up for the emails due to her manner. Great shopping experience!
