I'm currently in job search mode, going job hunting, and needed to prep myself with some interview and workplace attire. So I took a trip to Penningtons. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pennington's today, all thanks to Lori! She spent two hours and a half with me, patiently helping me choose the perfect interview and workplace attire. Even though she was busy when I first walked in, she immediately stopped what she was doing to assist me. Her customer service was truly exceptional. Thank you so much, Lori, for all your help! ? This was just a little snap shot of what I tried on.....I didn't have enough time to snap a picture of everything that I tried on.
The store is pleasant to walk around and shop. The staff make you feel welcome and comfortable . They have a great refund policy, with a smile! The variety of clothing is awesome and plenty! However, I cannot lie that I miss Addition Elle!
Very clean store even with construction out front, good variety of things, decently priced eith good deals and very helpful, kind, & cheerful staff. Rosemary made me feel comfortable and recommended the exact thing I needed and was extremely helpful.
Went to this Store in Scarborough. The Customer Service from the Manager and Staff was Exceptional. Made my shopping experience a great one. Will definitely go back.
I was made to feel very welcome, the staff paid attention to my questions and I was able to find a couple of nice tops. The store was clean and organized and will be back again soon
They have nice outfits but the customer service has always been sub-par. However, this time the person who was assisting me went out of her way, even though I approached her and was not greeted when entered the store.
Came by this store today specifically to buy a bra. I dislike any type of shopping especially clothing. The store is spacious, well lit and clean. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. Anytime I asked a question, the response was prompt…an associate was always near by. I would like to thank Erin who was very helpful while I was trying things on in the change room and she is also helpful and very nice. Alyssa, Lori and Kaaenaat (excuse my sp) were really kind and professional.
